I got BTSync to sync my photos from my phone, but where are they? It says  "/home/Bitorrent Sync/Johns Phone Camera". But where is that, I can not find it on my unRaid 6 server. When I do the drop down menu in "Volume Mappings" to select a location to the host path, It's like it is on the OS that was built for the container and I can not get it out of the container on to my server disks or shares.

I don't use this docker, but the principle is the same with all of them. You have to tell the docker where on the host "/home/BitTorrent Sync/Johns Phone Camera" is. That is the whole point of the volume mappings. You told it /config was at /mnt/user/PluginsDock/Sync, and if you look there I'm sure you will find what the docker has in /config. But since you didn't tell it where to put anythinng else, it is inside docker.img, probably taking up way too much space. I suggest you remove container and image to clean up the mess and try again.

 

Also, before trying it again, see search tips in my sig and see if you can find other posts about using this docker.

how to correctly set the correct volume mappings? I newly update to 6.1.6 from 6.0.5a, trying BTsync. but facing the same problem. I tried to add other container volume into BTsync config, then, it can be added into sync folder. However, I want to sync the date from my PC to this volume, it won't let map to it correct but only to /Home/Bitorrent sync/xxx.

Have you searched the Dockers subforum? Read any of the stickies there? Do you have any other working dockers?

I tried to add the container volume "My documents" and "Utilities" to sync my PC's "My Documents" and "Utilities" folders. I did see the 2 new container volume added into the server. However, it would not allow me to select the PC's folders to sync up, it every time added an empty new folders in my PC. If the folder name is the same,  it will create a new folder name with "(2)" at the end. how to do?

Oh, I know how to change the directory for sync now. I need to change one by one in the PC end too.
