500GB of free space,trying to copy 16GB file Windows says I need addtl space

Hello,

 

I have been searching and searching but I am not entirely sure how to solve this. I have 500+GB of free space left on my (4 drive) server and am trying to copy a 16GB file into my 'Movies' folder withing my 'Videos' share. Windows tells me I need additional free space when I do this. Is this because of my lack of attention to the share settings (see attached image)?

 

I am wondering if I've made a permanent mistake by not doing a better job with my share settings originally, any help is appreciated.
