My card is not showing up in the graphics drop-down.  Does this simply mean that my Motherboard does not support passthrough?

Click info in the top right of the webgui.  What does IOMMU say?

It shows disabled. HVM is Enabled.  I guess I didn't realize that AMD-V and AMD-Vi were different.  This does not seem like its looking good for me.  But, I will wait for your reply.

From what I found online, your chipset doesn't support iommu, doesn't look good for passing that card through.

IOMMU is required for assigning any type of physical PCI device to a VM. Your hardware doesn't support IOMMU (which is also referred to as Intel VT-d or AMD Vi).
