Put virtualbox and vagrant apps inside a container

Hello im looking to create a docker image with virtualbox and vagrant installed along with the ability to mount my unraid drives, this may seem silly but a certain vm that im using requires virtualbox and vagrant to run... i could install ubuntu and add them in but i'd prefer a docker app if possible
