November 2, 20187 yr Hi guys I used Tautulli docker for a long time, and it could always connected fine to my PMS. I managed to get 2 plex servers running on my machine, but now tautulli is messed up. I have my plexinc docker for my main plex, it's running in host mode, everything is fine. I have my second LS.io docker for my shared plex server on br0, with a fixed 192.168.1.128 IP address. I need to run 2 tautulli, I know, but I can only connect to my br0 PMS via WAN IP only, which is changing all the time ofc. how can i connect my LS.io tautulli to a br0 LSio PMS? It won't work if I put tautulli in host mode either. Any way I can connect the 2 containers? (btw I had the same issue when I used the official tautulli docker) thank you!
January 12, 20197 yr For the last few weeks, I see this in the dashboard: Quote There was an error communicating with your Plex Server. Check the logs and verify your server connection in the settings. In settings, the server is verified and the plex token is correct. There's no errors in the Tat logs. Any ideas?

March 5, 20197 yr hey everyone just a quick question i have plex my plex server on a separate ip ***.***.*.61 then my unraid server and i have put TAUTULLI on this own ip address too ***.***.*.71 . my plex server even shows up but TAUTULLI won't verify it. just wondering what i am missing. thanks for any help offered EDIT: nevermind i left for a few mins and now it is working Edited March 5, 20197 yr by pe4nut1989 Update
May 24, 20197 yr As of the most recent docker updates, it appears that Tautulli is no longer picking up watch history from my plex docker. I believe the plex docker (also linuxserver, I believe) had an update at the same time, so I'm not certain where the issue lies but thought I'd mention it here in case anyone else is seeing similar behavior. Update: When I got home, I bounced the entire docker subsystem on my unraid box and also refreshed the Tautulli config and it seems to have fixed the issue.
July 5, 20197 yr A few weeks back I noticed my newsletters sending at 3:30am instead of 5:30pm. Tautulli seems to think my timezone is UTC, which it claims is the system timezone, but the system timezone is UTC+10 Platform: Linux 4.19.56-Unraid (#1 SMP Tue Jun 25 10:19:34 PDT 2019) System Timezone: UTC (UTC+0000) Any idea why this has changed all of a sudden? July 9, 20196 yr Well I'm glad no one replied as I would have been wasting everyone's time. Not only did I realise I'm not using Linuxservers repository, I also discovered the Time zone variable in the container settings 🙈
September 28, 20196 yr I recently upgraded this docker and now I can't get on the 'history' page when accessing the docker through reverse proxy. Any one have any ideas?
October 7, 20196 yr So yesteday I realized something is funky with the logging in my Tautulli. When i view the History tab, the timestamps are wrong compared to when the episode/movie was played. This was correct just a few days ago. Both Tautulli and Plex run with same timezone, and if I open the Tautulli app on my android phone, the History tab shows the correct timestamps, so it's only in the Tautulli docker that the timestamps are wrong. Not really sure how this happend? Ran update on both plex and tautulli, no change. Correct in app, wrong in docker. When viewing the logs, I was connected trough my vpn to my VM that I hadn't changed the timezone on the computer itself. So the computer was running US timezone. Now at home, everything is correct, and this is also why my phone was showing the correct timezone
December 8, 20196 yr Hoping for some help with the docker image in Unraid - it was running fine for the longest time, but I went to check something recently and couldn't access the tautulli page. I am setup the same way, but still cannot get mine to verify. Did you have to do anything else? I am able to get everything to work if I put my Plex docker back in host mode and not give it a static IP. I think if I could bridge my tautulli docker to my plex docker it will work? I don't know, everything works if I leave Plex in Host mode but as soon as I assigned the Plex docker a static IP, tautulli breaks. All my Containers use distinct IPs, so they can route beween each other if some need to (host to host = ok, bridge to bridge = ok, custom to custom = ok, but Never managed to get differing network types to route to each other, the simplest was to go Custom IPs all the way) Can't get access to the webUI if I use a config like in the screenshot. I reinstalled the whole image from scratch and removed the existing config folder, I took a look at the logs at first it listens on 0.0.0.0:8181. Tried modifying parameters relating to the webservice listening interface , to no avail. Right now it looks like : [General] http_basic_auth = 0 http_root = "" http_proxy = 0 launch_browser = 1 http_username = admin https_create_cert = 1 http_host = 192.168.1.221 enable_https = 0 api_enabled = 1 https_ip = 127.0.0.1 https_domain = localhost http_password = admin interface = default http_port = 8181 So, anyone has tautulli working in UNRaid with a custom IP ? I'm browsing from my personal PC (192.168.1.165). Everything is on a regular LAN on 192.168.1.0/24 UNRAID server has a single ETH interface on 192.168.1.230 All my containers (Except UniFi controler and Krusader wich are on host) are on custom : eth0 networks. Each has a dedicated IP. They ALL work, except for Tautulli... Tautulli has 192.168.1.221. I know about the MACVLAN stuf, wich is also why I didnt wrap my head around having a Wireguard server to remote manage my server / dockers It is also why I have ALL my dockers on custom eth, so they can talk to each other. January 4, 20206 yr i got an login loop on Asustor if i do admin (Plex) login. i come to login screen, then it automatically come to plex login, afterwards back to login screen - it loads but not come in. ADM 3.4.6 docker ce installed, portainer installed, tautulli:latest other settings np.. (https cert, newsletter mail, notification tautulli remote...) runs charming good. I only got the login via Plex running 2 month ago, but i had to setup NAS new.. there i did in Putty (SSH) some things installed with pip like oauth2client httplib2 pycrytodome ... (because of encryption and login) and in any way one time it went in with admin (Plex) login. but now situation is another one - installed in docker i dont know where and which services should be installed or tautulli need to login not going to loop. please help thanks Edited January 4, 20206 yr by Juergen
