How do you deal with Anime and structures in your unraid setup

Hey guys i just wanted some feedback on structures as i'm sure there are others who use anime and just want to know how deal with it with dockers.

 

My folders

apps (dockers on cache)

Anime

Anime movies

Movies

Tv Shows

 

Dockers

Embyserver (centralizing database)

Sonarr (tv shows and anime)

CouchPotato (anime movies and movies)

Sabnzbd (downloading)

 

Kodi as for all 3 htpcs in house.

 

I'm thinking of running separate instances of couchpotato to better deal with anime and normal movies and maybe sickbeard for dealing exclusively with anime shows. I think anime is much harder to automate especially just using nzb as some shows seem to break the whole system.

 

How do you guys deal with Anime and structures in your unraid setup?
