I wonder if someone can help. 

 

I have setup a new docker,  just a fork on github with a few changes,  I have then setup a build on docker hub and it is syncing correctly.  I have also setup a repo in github.  All of this is working great,  I can download the docker and get everything to work along with updates...  but only through force update.  It never recognises that it is out of date if I do check for updates.  Is there some trick to getting this functionality to work?

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
