Assuming your .key file is in the config folder of your flash.

 

That post you linked indicated that user's flash drive no longer worked. Possibly because it was blacklisted for duplicate or non-unique GUID. You should contact limetech as it said in that post.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
