bwperez
Just purchased a new WD REd 4TB drive and ran it through 2 preclears. Does the drive look bad? BRiT
I would RMA it or return it. Link to comment
wisem2540
I think it has to fail WDs tool first before they allow an RMA. Return if you can. Once, I accidentally rapped a drive on the table while it was plugged in, and it definitely did not help its health. In fact, WDs tool couldnt even see it. Moral of the story is, I need to be more careful. Link to comment
