So I had to do a hard reboot on the server and now it says my USB Drive is NOT Read-Write

Server is up, just not sure what I should do about the flash drive

What should I do?

Shut down the server and put the stick into a windows / Mac box and let it repair the stick.

 

unraid 6.1 rc6 actually will do this automatically when ever it boots up

Pull it out of the server and run chkdsk on it in a windows computer.  (A similar utility is available on the Mac)
