luca
Apologies if this has been asked before, I searched the forum to no avail. Is there a way to have the clipboard working between a Win 7 VM and the VNC Viewer? File transfer would be nice too. Link to comment

[emoji14] Not yet, but we are experimenting with a few things that could make this possible. Link to comment
RichardU
I made the same search and ended up here. Hopefully this thread will one day be updated with the solution. The only workaround I can think of is to use Teamviewer instead of VNC. I call up Teamviewer with an Autohotkey script that takes me directly to a VM. This one is called with Alt-Shift-S: ; Teamviewer for .201 VM ; !+s:: ; Run, C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\teamviewer.exe -i 192.168.1.201 -P password Return Link to comment
luca
Good idea RichardU. I tried Radmin (I had an old license lying around) and it works just fine, though it does require one extra click to actually "get" the clipboard from the remote. Link to comment
jonp
So I've been testing out an internal build using SPICE as opposed to VNC lately. Long and short is that with SPICE, we can support copy/paste and even potentially USB device redirection (although I haven't tested that yet). Link to comment
