I suspect you haven't seen this ->  Marvell disk controller chipsets and virtualization

 

Try the workaround, turning off virtualization, to confirm.

Did you ever get this working.  I just bought this MB and am having the same problem where HDD don't appear in Unraid.  I confirmed that IOMMU is disabled.  Are there any other steps that can be taken to get this working.  If not I'll eat the restocking fee and send this back.
