[Help please!] Using Parameters to store Usernames/Passwords in a config file

I'm looking for a template to take parameters from the Docker Template and put these in a config file for the application to use (on initial startup). The config file will be stored in the appdata directory. I see that a lot of dockers do this, but how is it actually done?

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
