10meghalfduplex
Hi, I've done a search but everything i found said unraid should just format the cache drive ready to go. My problem is I have added a 80gb Intel 320 Series SSD as a cache drive on unraid 6.1.0 but when i bring it online it's reporting a file system of NTFS with a size of 105mb. I have had a look through the gui and found no way i can pre clear it or do anything like that. Is there something I can do to resolve this? many thanks 10meg Quote Link to comment
10meghalfduplex
I used fdisk to delete the partition, but adding it as a cache disk saw unraid report it as unmountable. Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Unmountable usually means it’s no formatted, it should appear in Unraid below the Start / Stop button with the option to format it. Quote Link to comment
