Docker Container Name with periods in it breaks the control dropdown

Recommended Posts

Just working on cloning and modifying the default limetech/sync to use an older version all under my own repos when i noticed that the dropdown that allows you to control the container doesn't appear/work when there is a period in the name (such as specifying which version said application is running.)

Good catch!  I will chat with Eric about it for a future fix!!

I just ran into this same issue today. Has any progress been made on a fix? Is there a way to rename the container from the CLI?

Not sure about from the command line but if you started the container via the webUi you can always rename it from there

(issue a docker stop command from the cli)
