Installed Pro license and none of my shares appear anymore...?

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

I upgraded to a Pro license today, installed a new disk and rebooted. Upon rebooting, none of my user shares were shown in the web interface anymore. They were also not available on the network.

Anyone have any idea what I can do to get my shares back?

All of the data is still there, and if I `ls` the /mnt/diskx I can see everything.. they just won't show up to be accessed.

No issues reported with parity, or with drives.

I am running the latest unRAID beta, 4.5-beta6.

Attached is my syslog.

On the web management page, stop the array, then start the array. That usually brings the user shares back.

I've tried that, including rebooting...

Update

Strange, and perhaps someone could enlighten me...

I removed the new drive that I added (keep in mind, yesterday unRAID had run through the normal new drive procedures) and then forced it to rebuild the drive from scratch via the parity. Rebooted and bam, all of shares have returned with the new disc added to the array. That took 8 hours to complete, but it looks like everything is back to normal now.

unRAID is currently doing a parity check which I assume will be fine.

Any ideas what could have happened?
