Can someone have a look at the syslog and let me know if you see anything.

I replaced the SATA cable but still no parity drive installed

    There's 12 drives listed that unRaid is finding, but it doesn't look like parity has been assigned a drive.  Have you tried stopping the array and assigning the drive?
