pfsense 2.2x and ftp - does it work?

I have been for a week now trying to get a ftp thru pfsense 2.2.4 to the unraid for a private backup from my web hosting.  I can not get pasv mode to work at all.

 

Has anyone running pfSense gotten this to work and can shed some light on it?

    3. Adjust your preference.
