I would like to see an option with mover, that after it has received data and there is nothing more added to it for a user specified period, it moves the data to the array.

 

I would also like to see a routine at the end of a move cycle that notifies you (email) if there is still data on the cache drive it failed to move.

 

I stopped using a cache drive because when something goes wrong, you don't know about it.

my pleasure, if you implement it then I'll have to go out and buy some SSD drives to use as cache drives.  Maybe not suggesting it would have been cheaper
