Not able to boot up my PC for unraid install

I download the unraid program and put it on a small flash drive.I then plugged it in and started the PC as the video instructed. Then i hit the Delete key the moment after i turned it on.Then i get a black screen and the following pops up on the screen.

reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press key:

 

Hope you can help.I don't even know if a keyboard would work

    Three things:

     

    - Make sure you ran the make_bootable.bat file on the flash drive.

    - Check your motherboard documentation - the key to pick your boot device can vary

    - Check your motherboard BIOS and make sure that you have enabled booting from a USB device.
