IP address should work without any tweak assuming you're on the same network. What is the IP address of your Windows 10 computer?

I think you probably don't have your flash set up correctly.

 

From console or telnet, what do you get with?

Your flash drive is not set up correctly and as a result, the webUI is not being started, so that explains your problem.

 

Don't know exactly where you went wrong, but you should start over with your flash drive. Here is a wiki link showing the files that must be present on your flash:

i want to thank you guys for the help it working now

i format the flash with hp flash tool

did not used quick format used the slow take 5 hours to format 30 gb  drive now it works really good

Running the long format isn't really necessary - but if it straightened you out, great!
