coppit
THIS CONTAINER IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED. (I'm using PiHole with OpenDNS Family Shield.) Privoxy is a non-caching web proxy with advanced filtering capabilities for enhancing privacy, modifying web page data and HTTP headers, controlling access, and removing ads and other obnoxious Internet junk. This is an unRAID template for the Docker image at https://hub.docker.com/r/carbonsphere/dock-privoxy/. I don't have any relationship with carbonsphere -- I've just been using this image successfully for a while now. Currently the container just uses the default configuration, which seems to block ads fairly well. If there is demand, I can see about exposing the config so that it can be modified and persisted. chris_treeman
Hey is there anyway you could expose the configs? I wanted to use the polipo docker in conjunction with privoxy and I would need to forward privoxy traffic to polipo and I can't do that with default configs. BTW, it works great; excellent job! Nem
yeah I'm in the same situation. Id like to get privoxy and polipo working together, and that requires editing the config for privoxy Quote Link to comment
