September 28, 201510 yr Community Expert You have to check the box under Format that says "Yes I want to do this" to enable the Format button.

September 29, 201510 yr Was it empty to begin with? Change the unRAID cache drive selection so it goes back to None or whatever the empty value is, then reselect the cache drive again. I had to do that after wiping my cache drive.

September 30, 201510 yr Community Expert That drive 9QJ1XX25 has pending sectors. 5 Reallocated_Sector_Ct 0x0033 100 100 036 Pre-fail Always - 8 ... 197 Current_Pending_Sector 0x0012 100 100 000 Old_age Always - 14 198 Offline_Uncorrectable 0x0010 100 100 000 Old_age Offline - 14 You should preclear it to see if they go away. Also, for future reference, it is preferred that you attach files to your post instead of using some random hosting site.
