You only have one expansion slot, as long as you’re not planning on adding more than 4 HDDs in the future, something like an Adaptec 1430SA could be a good option, can be bought pretty cheap on eBay and works great with Unraid, make sure it’s on the latest bios for >2TB support.

There are limited options for 4 port adaptors so it's not uncommon to get an 8 port adaptor instead.  In your case I think the Supermicro AOC-SASLP would work well - it's a PCIex x16 card that will match up with your motherboard's x4 channels.

You can install an 8 port sata card but because the PCIe slot goes through the DMI it will have an impact on your parity check/sync speed, with 10 disks total and if there aren’t other limits, you can expect max speed around 85Mb/s, if you use a fully loaded 8 port sata like the SASLP  speeds will degrade further to about 60Mb/s max.
