Added new drive, formatted as XFS, size correct?

Hi - bit of a noob question (again).  Now I'm migrating everything over to unRaid, I'd just added a drive that was previously part of my Windows Home Server box.  A 1TB WD Green drive.

 

Since I leave most settings at default, it's formatted it as XFS - fine, obviously.

 

However, the size of it is being listed as 1000GB, compared to 1TB and 2TB on all my ReiserFS drives.

 

For the sake of my sanity (plus a little bit of OCD), this is fine, yes?
