So after a few weeks of my solid gaming Windows 10 slice a no major issues and only a few hiccups that the forums have provided a wealth of knowledge for.

However

I had Windows 10 on the ssd cache pool while I had two other imgs for programs and temp folders on an Unassigned Device.

However, this morning, those two images are  gone from the Unassigned device

Now I could figure out why they're gone completely, and i looked.

But first

I have to reinstall windows again, but I got to thinking how should I have a drive for programs and temp; I'd like to keep it off the SSD cache pool to avoid constant rights and more space

Whats the best way to keep programs and files off the SSD cache pool but keep the speed, should I keep thinking like a non VM guy with drives for programs, TEMP, and files separate from the OS? Or should I just use the cache pool for everything?
