I picked up 4 of these units and plan on keeping 1.

i have not tested this board with UnRaid yet, but plan to in the next few weeks.

 

these are large units and weight in around 60lbs.

 

$300 each plus shipping, otherwise i can meet within 3 hours of 53959 (reedsburg, WI)

wow, really, 2.5 years for me to get to this. 

 

well, here are the results. i currently have one of these running at my office as a backup to my main unraid setup at my house. it works just fine. i did have to go into the bios and activate the onboard sata ports (don't know why), but this test unit currently has (8) 8 TB drives and a 240gb ssd installed. parity check says around 94.1mb read speed.

 

i will probably use one more of these as an onsite backup so that leaves one or two available.
