October 23, 201510 yr While you wait on others to diagnose, run a memtest for 12 hrs min. You can do this from the initial unRaid boot screen. What power supply are you running? Memory errors and marginal power supplies have caused problems like yours before.
October 23, 201510 yr Author it is Corsair CX430 Builder Series 430 Watt ATX PS/2 Power Supply Unit CP-9020046-UK unit I will do another memory test, i did one before but not for 12 hour. I will try that now. thanks
October 23, 201510 yr This (HGST_HDS724040ALE640_PK1301PAHPSVSS-20151022-1300.txt) drive has a Failing_now on Relocated sectors. Don't know if that is the md1 disk or not but you need to replace that drive very soon.
