What do you mean "let Plex access my photos"? Exactly how did you do that? Where is Plex running? Where are the photos?
October 25, 201510 yr Are you referring to Plex's Camera Upload feature? This Plex support article: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/203274057-Default-Camera-Upload-Settings says if you are using the default library, the files will be stored here: $PLEX_HOME/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Media Upload/Mobile Photos If you are using dockers on unraid, $PLEX_HOME is going to be something like /mnt/cache/appdata/Plex/ You may want to create a photo library (on your array): https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200288926-Creating-Libraries rather than use the default (which is on your cache drive)
October 25, 201510 yr if you mean you pointed Plex to a share/folder full of pics and now it has an album setup to view in Plex? No they have not moved. It creates its own thumbnails and data (stored in /appdata/ folder) for each pic and links to the source file for full size viewing.
