October 30, 201510 yr Running 6.1-rc6 - Syslog attached Some time ago the mover stopped working. It looks like it's skipping the shares. October 30, 201510 yr Community Expert Upgraded to current 6.1.3 but mover still not working. New syslog attached. You should provide the full diagnostics (Tools->Diagnostics) as that provides a lot more information than the syslog.
October 30, 201510 yr Author Okay, here's the full diag attached. Thanks. tower-diagnostics-20151029-2021.zip
October 30, 201510 yr Community Expert Are each of those shares mover is skipping actually set to Use cache disk: Yes?
October 30, 201510 yr Author Resolved - Guess I should have just done this first but I went into shares and set each share to Use Cache Disk:No then back to Yes and it started. Seemed like that would have been too simple.
January 23, 20179 yr I have a similar issue: Although I am able to invoke the "Mover", the mover is not transferring the files. I was running 6.3.0_rc6. I have run through all of the steps listed above, including updating/backdating to 6.2.4. I believe I am having a different issue, but am not familiar enough with the system logs to understand the problem. Perhaps my issue is hardware related. Can anyone help? tower-syslog-20170123-1608.zip
