xisplo
Hello, I've been using unRAID 6 for a bit over a month now and I've truly been enjoying the benefits of it! I cannot say enough good things about it, it also has been helping me refresh my linux lingo which is always a plus. Onto the current issues: -SYSLOG is growing out of proportion, I've increased its size to 512m and its currently at 86% full!!! -Plex Media Server looses all of my media's poster's. I believe this is causing the huge syslog. The issue seems to occur at 4:40AM (mover script is set to 4:00AM) Running unRAID 6 Docker containers: needo's PlexMediaServer, couchpotato, sonarr(NZBdrone) Plexmediaserver Container volume: /config Host path: /mnt/cache/containers/docker/apps/plexmediaserver/ couchpotato Container volume: /config Host Path: /mnt/cache/containers/docker/apps/couchpotato/ Sonarr Container volume: /config Host Path: /mnt/cache/containers/docker/apps/sonarr/ Attached is my syslog, I appreciate your time in reviewing my issue. Sincerely, xisplo (unable to attach the full log, too big Short_syslog.txt Quote Link to comment
scottc
Is your "/containers" share set to cache only? so it does not move it from cache to array Quote Link to comment
xisplo
the /containers is set to "Use cache disk: Yes" Should it be No? Quote Link to comment
Squid
You want it set to Only, so that mover doesn't touch it Quote Link to comment
xisplo
You want it set to Only, so that mover doesn't touch it Thank you. I've changed it and lets see what happens tonight. xisplo Quote Link to comment
scottc
With it set to "yes" mover will move the files onto the array and then they are no longer accessible in /mnt/cache/containers now that it is set to "Only" mover will not touch that directory and you should be all set.
