November 2, 201510 yr I have a Unraid system been running great for little over 2 years now. suddenly I went to play a video on it as I just finished another video on it. and the video suddenly stopped. I went over to check the webgui status of the system and had a red dot on one of the drives. I then proceeded to get a new drive and swapped it out and had it rebuild the drive. after several hours it was done and all the dots are green now but now I'm getting this REISERFS error (device md3) : vs-5150 search_By_key: invalid format found in block 322565430. Fsck? There are green dots but when I go to the share drives where all the videos are the folders show blank you know what I need to do. I'm worried that I have lost all my data that I have. Help
November 2, 201510 yr Is disk3 the disk you rebuilt? Did you preclear the new disk? Post a screenshot of Main, a complete syslog, and a smart report for disk3. See v5 help in my sig. Read this wiki but don't do anything until we have had a look at your syslog and smart. Check Disk Filesystems
November 2, 201510 yr Author yes it is disk 3. I can also put the old HD back in if needed to help fix this syslog_of_jarvis.txt

November 2, 201510 yr Author Sorry i'm really new to this. when I set this up everything was really easy. Just easy till something goes wrong lol anyway, I don't remember doing a preclear of the disk and I am not sure on how to run a Smart report on a disk.
November 2, 201510 yr ... I am not sure on how to run a Smart report on a disk. See v5 help in my sig.
November 4, 201510 yr Author sorry been busy with work. but finally I think I got the smart report you need. this is a new drive not the one that was in when I started having this issue. I still have the drive that I pulled out but not sure if I should put it back in. smart.txt
November 4, 201510 yr SMART looks OK. Keep the old drive in reserve in case we have some problems fixing the new one. So you are now ready to try this section of that wiki article: Running reiserfsck. In the example in the wiki, it is using md1, but in your case it is md3. Just do the --check part and then report back with the results.

November 7, 201510 yr Author Well it looks like I got most of my stuff back. So a Big Thank you to Trurl. I am missing some stuff but not to worried about it but I did notice a new share called " Lost+Found " I tried to map it so I can look at the files but says I don't have permission. are these files still accessable or what happened to these if they are unusable can I erase them to clear space or are they just markers and not taking up space. Again. thank you Trurl for help so far.
