So my monthly parity check was going a bit slow, then I noticed disk3 had 1188 "Errors" on the main page, but it's not red-balled

It hasn't gotten any worse since the parity check completed and I bought a 4TB disk, which is now pre-clearing.  My question is, do I need to replace this disk as soon as the pre-clear is done or can it last a while longer before becoming a serious issue?

I'm just a bit out of sorts as I've never really had any pre-failure warnings before, the disks just die, red-ball and I know I have to replace it.

Thanks!
