Running newperms now to see if I can remedy this.

 

Upgraded from 5.0-rc to 6.1.3, now cannot see files.  SSH'ing into the box, even root can't cd into directories (permission denied).  newperms will take a while (8 4tb disks) but I am hoping this problem is no more.....
