Can I add more CPU's to a VM after it is created?

I am wondering if I can add or subtract CPU's from a VM setup after it is created?  The reason I ask is that I setup a Windows 10 VM to run my Playon Server.  However, when trying to access the serverand Netflix through kodi on my other devices it starts to play and then can't.  Playon says that the Cpu is maxing out.  I currently have 3 CPU's assigned out of 8 and I have 8GB of Ram in my server.

    Yeah you can.

    Shutdown the VM, then go to the unRAID GUI -> VMs tab -> click on OS icon for the relavent VM -> click edit.

    Just be aware that if you made any manual changes to the XML, you will need to make them again if you "Edit" the VM.
