November 20, 201510 yr Hi, I want to oc my cpu and so need to track the temps of my cpu. But I cannot since my windows vm´s do not show any sensor for cpu at all. I can read the temps from my gpu (passthroughed to this vm). Is there a way to access the temp sensors (cpu cores, cpu socket) running windows vm´s on top of KVM? I have the same issue with mb temps. Rgds.
November 20, 201510 yr I would be very interested in something similar. To my knowledge the only way to see tempt is via a plug in in the unraid gui. I have yet to find anything that is simple to install without installing per. But someone else may be about to point at something that allows the passthrough of probe data Regards, Jamis
November 20, 201510 yr there is an snmp plugin for unraid. i use this and am able to get sensor data from unraid. i get data from windows like memory and cpu utilization but i dont think i get temps. but the unraid cpu temp works fine and i'd imagine that'll be a good enough indicator for your needs.
