Previous unRAID/Norco 4224 owner: Giving it another go! Critique my new build!

Greetings all!  As the thread title says...up until about a year ago, I was the owner/user of a Norco 4224 unRAID server.  I sold off 90% of my build, and purchased a Synology 1815+.  The Synology is great...and very easy to use...and has a ton of useful features that my whole family uses (Photo Station, Surveillance Station, etc.).  I have filled up the Synology 1815+ w/ 8x WD 6TB REDS and have even added an extension to it (Synology DX513) and already have 2X WD 6TB REDS in it.  That leaves me with just 3 open bays...

I'm now wanting to give unRAID 6 a try.  I would keep my Synology 1815+/DX513 and add a Norco 4224.

My previous build was this:

CPU: Intel Core i3-550 Clarkdale 3.2GHz

Motherboard: SUPERMICRO MBD-X8SIL-F-O

RAM: Kingston 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM ECC Unbuffered DDR3 1333 Server Memory

Case: NORCO RPC-4224

Power Supply: SeaSonic Platinum (PLATINUM-860)

SATA Expansion Card(s): (2) Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8, PCI-Express x1 Controller Card (Silicon Image SIL3132)

Cables: (4) NORCO C-SFF8087-D SFF-8087 to SFF-8087 Internal Multilane SAS Cables, (2) NORCO C-SFF8087-4S Discrete to SFF-8087 (Reverse breakout) Cables

Fans: Noctua

My planned new build:

CPU: Intel Xeon Processor E3-1231V3B * PURCHASED *

Motherboard: SUPERMICRO MBD-X10SL7-F-O * PURCHASED *

Power Supply: SeaSonic Platinum (PLATINUM-860) * PURCHASED *

Case: NORCO RPC-4224 * PURCHASED *

RAM: Crucial 16GB (2-4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM ECC Unbuffered DDR3 1600 CT2KIT102472BD160B * PURCHASED *

SATA Expander Card: Expander Card RES2SV240 * PURCHASED *

SATA Controller Card: IBM ServeRaid M1015 * PURCHASED *

Fans: Various Noctua * PURCHASED *

Parity/Data drives: WD 6TB REDS *PURCHASED * (2)

Cache pool drives: Samsung EVO 850 500GB SSD *PURCHASED * (2)

Any thoughts on my proposed new build?
