Not a drive going bad, just a bug with the handling of the calculations.  I'm sure the appropriate person will see this and correct it in a future update.  'nan' just means 'not a number'.

 

You also might want to check the file system on Disk 2, see Check Disk File systems.

Did you ever check the disk filesystems? Free space on disk2 is more than the total size.

 

Looking at the new drawing I see free space reported as 17.6 TB, which is clearly wrongly calculated by the file system (reiserFS). I suggest you file this as a bug report to LT, it is not a GUI glitch.
