Faulty Drive Issue

I have a drive that's being diagnosed as Faulty, but it still appears to work.  I get the thumbs up in the Dashboard so not sure how to tell if this is a real issue or not.  I've attached 2 screenshots of my GUI in addition to the SMART report.  Any help is appreciated with letting me know if I should replace this drive.

    The disk went offline and is being emulated, because of that there's no actual info in the SMART report you posted, first thing to do is power cycle the server and try a new SMART report.

    @bonienl  , any chance to display a thumbs down or unknown when this kind of SMART report is generated?
