Copying to NFS share on unRAID staills

I'm copying data back from a beefy i5 with 16GB RAM, where I have mounted the NFS share from my 4 bay dual core Atom NAS running unRAID. I've mounted it as unraid:/mnt/user/<mountname> / on the i5. When copying data, I'm seeing bursts of data being copied to the unraid NFS, but then a significant period of stalling occurs where no data gets copied. Never seem this behaviour before. No funky setting are there when mounting or in unRAID.

 

Any ideas?
