Future:

Unraid 6 Pro (Latest)

Motherboard: GA-Q170M-D3H (Choosing this for vPro) or ASRock Q170M vPro

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-6700 Processor

Memory: 2 1x16GB (DDR4) ? (I am not sure if I can still use my DDR3 on my previous?)

Controller: 1xM1015

Network: 2xIntel Nic 1Gbps

UPS: Back-UPS CS 650

PSU: Antec Modular Platinum 1000w

Graphics: HD7850

Or any suggestion? Will it work?

It looks fine to me.

You will need to get new DDR4 memory as your DDR3 is different and will not fit/work.

1000w seems like overkill, but since you are recycling it from the earlier rig I get it.
