October 3, 200916 yr Hello ... I was looking for some new sata cables at monoprice.com when I noticed these ... ( a short while ago ... wanted to put them in and see if they worked smoothly before making too much noise about them) http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10226&cs_id=1022604&p_id=5188&seq=1&format=2 they are a molex connector split to 4 sata power connectors spaced along a 24 inch net jacket cable starting with the molex connector there is a sata connector every 6 inches Haven't seen them before and ordered 4 (for future expansion) ... currently using two and it really cleaned up the molex splitters to molex splitters to sata splitters mess I had ... they also have an 18 inch molex to 3 x Sata power connectors if you want to balance the drives differently Hope someone else finds them useful too, Bobby
October 4, 200916 yr I bought 2 of the molex to 3xSATA connectors for my computer. I used all of the SATA power connectors on my PSU so I used these to convert my molex connects to SATA
October 4, 200916 yr Thanks. Grabbed a couple of the 4x ones. This will really clean up the cabling some more in an Antec 1200 with 16 drives.
November 16, 201213 yr Great find. I was using these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812162011 but at just over $2, these are a much cheaper way to go.
