Are you running those apps as plugins or dockers? I think I have seen reports of SAB plugin causing a long time on boot.

no they are all dockers

Curious -

Sound ALOT like an issue I am currently chasing through my system. A question, if I may? Do you have any Win 10 devices on your network right now? If you do, do you have errors logged in your logfile pointing to them?

My gui was disappearing when I rebooted. It could take HOURS before it came back. I removed all but some very basic plugins and my gui now returns pretty quick - 3-4 minutes after a reboot. However, I thought this problem was gone since my machine was been OK for the past 3 weeks, but I still have an issue where just one device cannot sometimes see the Unraid server anymore - after a few hours, it will return. The only weirdness that shows in the log is pointing at a Win 10 computer...of course, the DHCP lease renews and I think that is what causes my connection to the tower to return. Don't know if the Win 10 thing is a red herring or not.

Best of luck!

What fixed my problem with my gui vanishing was removing Unassigned Devices plugin and Preclear plugin. I don't suspect the plugins, but instead I was reversing everything I had done, one plugin at a time, until I had system stability again. Don't know if that will help you out or not. I still have some weirdness but not so much that I cannot deal with it.
