Hei There

Im new with unRaid and Virtualisation.(and pls dont judge me my english is bad)

I try do get 2 VMs running with this hardware.

i7 4790k @ 4.4ghz boost

Asus maximus vii ranger

and for each VM one gtx 970 strix

vt-d is enabled

If i want to start one of the VMs the monitor stay black.

îf done exactly everithing like in the vieo from linus.

If seen my iommu groups are the same for the graphiccards. how can i fix this and is this may my problem?

i will send u my XML and Iommu groups soon.

Edit. if fixed this by setting my cpu as main gpu in the bios and enabed PCIe ACS Override.

    1. Go to Settings --> VM Manager and set PCIe ACS Override to Yes and restart Unraid.

    2. Be sure to set the onboard graphics as primary in the bios.

     

    Hopefully it's going to work now  :D
