Howdy,

 

Total unRAID/Linux neophyte here.  I have an unRAID 6 server going with 8 SATA drives and an SDD cache drive, and I am adding another 4 drives (at least I hope to) with the subject referenced controller.  I added it to the system and connected everything but it does not recognize any drives, so I am sure it is because unRAID does not support it out of the box.  So I read through some forums and downloaded some software but this is beyond me.  It appears I have to flash the firmware to put the board into IT mode or something like that?

 

Can anybody direct a complete simpleton to getting this working on my system?
