I've got a couple disks that are throwing some errors.  Just need to know if these are the kind of errors I should be concerned about - i.e. i should replace the disk as soon as possible, or just watch it for a while:

 

Several of my disks have been spinning for a while (44k hours), at 26k, this one is on the lighter side!
