December 30, 201510 yr Hi lime tech admins, I was over at the pfsense forums and noticed the feature bounty request system that they have implemented which i though could server some value over here. With the many requests received this could be a good opportunity to implement a bounty system where unraid community members can post bounties for features they really want to see implemented to the system. Not sure if this is something limetech want but it could encourage further development from external parties also

It quanitfies how much people want something, but I don't think it speeds up development, and I think for the most Lime-Tech already knows how badly some features are wanted....

One small point of clarification. 99% of unRAID is open source. The webgui and all of the OS is open source. A lot of folks want the Open Source label to be binary: your code is either open or closed. That's just not really how it works.
