Hi,

I try to deactivate the guess account. Windows is causing me trouble,  read only, by looking in the server as guess only unless I manually mount the drive and specify the user and pass too go on the server.

The guest account? Is your question about unRAID, or about Windows?

Unraid  how do you deactivate the guess account for a share folder? It look by default all folder are guess read only?

My bad was not very clear.

Set your shares to be private

Actualy still a problem,  some share are set as required password,  SMB,  But I can still see everything inside the folder as read only without having too put any password?  Dont know if you understand what I mean?
