January 1, 201610 yr There are several posts on the forums that have dozens of pages of activities. Some I want to continue to follow, others, I don't. Is there a way to turn off notifications for a particular post? I know I can turn off notifications in general Profile>Modify Profile>Notifications. But that turns them all off. I want to just turn off notifications on a few posts... I did notice in Profile>Modify Profile>Notifications that it looks like I can 'unnotify' posts, but I don't see the posts I want to 'unnotify'... Thanks!
January 1, 201610 yr Odd that you don't see the list of topics you want to ignore. It should be available under the Notifications section. Did you scroll through all the pages in the list? http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;area=notification;u=141477
January 2, 201610 yr see pic. that button adds notification for that thread. Once you have added it, that button turns into "turn off" button. It may be a setting in my profile, but I have automatic email notifications turned on for threads I start or have posted in.
January 5, 201610 yr Author Yes, I've also setup my profile to automatically notify. There are two topics in particular that I'm notified, but I have not clicked "notify". http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=39985.0;topicseen But I get notified each time there is a post. I posted on this one time months ago. Is there a way to get un-notified? Right now it appears to already be not notified since the button says "notify"...
January 5, 201610 yr Profile | Notifications shows all subs and allows you to turn off specifics as well as adjust default settings.
January 5, 201610 yr Profile | Notifications shows all subs and allows you to turn off specifics as well as adjust default settings. As already covered, the subject thread is NOT listed there and only 1 page is displayed. I suspect bugs in SMF or whatever forum software is used here.
January 5, 201610 yr sorry neglected to review original post . Have you tried clicking Notify & then Un-Notify?
January 5, 201610 yr Author I did, but of course won't know until some other posts happen, which I won't know about until I check! If it worked!
