Can't access unraid using windows and network name

I have multiple windows 10 machines but only one of them has a problem with accessing unRAID using the network name, in my case I named it unraid.  I can access it using the ip address.  The other issue is that not all my computers show up in rhw network places.  I know this is not an unRAID but I figured someone here may know how to fix it.

 

Other info.

 

Network does show up as private and laptop is set to be discoverable with file and print sharing on.
